Something on my bike was broken before I set off and it’s no longer fit to ride. What should I do?
Sorry for the inconvenience. Cancel your booking and report the problem or damage directly via the Pick-e-Bike app in the “Help” section. You can also upload a photo of the problem or damage there. We’ll endeavour to repair the damage as soon as possible.
If the damage has an effect on the bike’s safety (e.g. defective brakes, number plates or lights) please report the damage to us and choose another bike in your area.
